After achieving a BS degree in Chemistry and a MS degree in Pharmacology and Therapeutics from the American University of Beirut, I had the chance to gain over 15 years of extensive managerial experience which were rich in facing several challenges in the corporate pharmaceutical sector.

Today, I am now an owner of Coach Nadine Zeinoun Inc., a coaching and training and coaching company based in Ottawa. I am an Executive, Leadership and Team Coach, working with organizations and corporate leaders who are struggling with disengaged teams. I help them build high-performing yet inspiring cultures where people are more autonomous, harmonious, engaged, happy and keen on taking initiatives. I have also served as a volunteer mentor for social entrepreneurs through projects in Berytech Lebanon.

I currently hold a CMC (Certified MentorCoach), a CEC (Certified Executive Coach) from Mentorcoach USA and a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am also certified on several psychometric tools such as EQi 2.0 & EQi 360, one of the leading assessment tools for Emotional Intelligence and TMSDi Team Assessment Tools, various C-IQ tools (Conversational Intelligence) and John Mattone’s Leadership Enneagram Inventory. I also recently achieved the initial level certification in John Mattone’s International Leadership Coaching Certification and a Team Coaching Certification (TGCA). All these certifications and credentials allow me to provide you with a variety of tools to support your development as an effective leader. 

My ten years of coaching experience, my previous leadership roles and my past role as the Leader of ICF Lebanon Chapter, allow me to better understand the challenges faced by leaders, in order to better serve them. I have coached hundreds of leaders from all over the globe (Middle East, Europe, Africa, South America and North America) and have helped them develop their emotional and conversation intelligence skills to be able to meet their job demands and challenges in a more effective way. Through coaching with me, they were able to create deeper awareness about their own limitations, set their personal aspirations and address their challenges in a more effective way. They learnt how to build thriving relationships and engage their team members through empathy and authenticity.
